The Scrappy Rat Picnic and Variety Orchestra (aka the Scrappy Rat Band) can warm even the coldest curmudgeon's heart with their unique brand of punk rock-infused old-timey music which features a bombastic horn section, a scratchy washboard, and even scratchier vocals. The band got its start busking for spare change on the streets of Chicago and has a plethora of toe-tapping originals as well as a wild diversity of cover tunes ranging from Celine Dion to Ween. This group is perfect for picnics, weddings, and houses of ill repute and is sure to bring a smile to all that crosses its path.
